Not sure which personal alarm is best for your client?
Take the two-minute questionnaire about how your client lives, how steady they are and who is around. We apply clinical research and industry best practice to build a custom prescription just for your client.
Try the Prescription Quiz- Built on clinical evidence
Device type, fall detection, response plan and wear style, decided using clinical research and best industry standards.
- A prescription built just for your client
The alarm, how it is worn, the response plan and the add-ons are matched to that client's answers.
- Straight into a quote
The setup lands in the referral form already filled in. Change anything you like before you submit it.
Two ways to stay safe
Choose who answers when the button is pressed. Both plans work with every alarm.

24/7 staffed response centre
When your client activates their alarm or a fall is detected, our trained operators respond and contact family or emergency services based on your client's needs.

Family is the first responder
Up to five nominated contacts receive an SMS with the client's GPS location, then are called in sequence. No operator, calls go straight to family.
We set the alarm up with your client, and stay with them
You make the referral. We do the rest, so the alarm gets worn rather than left in a drawer.

We collect client registration details
Emergency contacts, medical notes, monitoring preferences. We contact your client directly to get these details.
Personal alarm shipped to client
Configured to your client’s setup so it arrives ready to use. Tracking updates sent to the client.
Setup call and ongoing support
We call the client to walk through the alarm, test it, and answer questions. Australian-based support is available at any time.

“Referring a monitored alarm for my clients is so important — it takes the pressure off their family to drop everything in an emergency. The Hub fits so well into my clients' homes.”
