A personal alarm that goes where the client goes
- Fall detection
- Calls for help on its own. The sensitivity can be changed.
- GPS location
- Sent to family contacts with every alert.
- 2 days
- Battery life on a single charge.
- Works anywhere
- Malls, gardens, parks. Anywhere there is Telstra 4G signal.
- 10+ languages
- Configured to the client's preference before it ships.
A button press or a fall gets your clients the help they need
The client presses SOS, or the alarm detects a fall. It calls a 24/7 response team or family, and the client talks to them through the alarm.
The alarm has its own speaker and microphones, so there is no base unit. An accidental alert can be cancelled within 10 seconds, by tapping the screen or pressing the button again. There is no charge for false alarms. How Professional Response works
Choose who answers the call
Both plans work with the Mobile Alarm. Professional monitoring has a staffed centre in Australia. Family monitoring texts and calls the client's emergency contacts.

Who the Mobile Alarm is for, and who it isn't
A good fit when your client
- Is out and about: walks, the shops, the garden
- Is at risk of falls and may not be able to press a button (it detects falls itself)
- Would wear a watch more readily than a pendant
- Has family who want to see where they are when an alert goes off
Look at something else when
- Won't remember to charge it, or can't manage a charging dock. The Home Alarm pendant never needs charging
- Is mostly at home with poor mobile reception. The Home Alarm can call over Home Internet
A wrist strap or a pendant
Every box has both a lanyard and a wrist strap, so the client chooses how to wear it. On the wrist it looks like a watch, which is why clients are happy to wear it every day.
Wrist straps
Seven colours. One strap comes in every box, extra straps are $25
Pendant
A lanyard comes in every box. The alarm is black or white.
- Battery lasts 2 daysCharges on a dock. Charging it each night is an easy habit.
- ShowerproofIP67, so it can stay on in the shower.

Slim enough to wear all day.
