What happens when your client presses the button

Step 1: The client presses the button, or the alarm detects a fall
If it's an accidental alert, the client has time to cancel it.
Step 2: An operator in Australia answers
Their details are already on screen, so the client doesn't have to explain who they are or where they live.
Step 3: The operator stays on the call and gets help
They talk to the client, and call an emergency contact or an ambulance (000) if it's needed. Paramedics get the context.
The operator already knows who your client is
What you put in the referral is what the operator sees when the call comes in.
- Name and address
- Health details and allergies
- Home access notes, including a keysafe
- Emergency contacts, in order
Professional or Family monitoring
Both work on both alarms. A client can switch plans at any time, with no fees.

The Home Alarm and the Mobile Alarm
Home Alarm
The Hub does the talking, so the client can call hands free from across the house. On Professional monitoring it can call over Home Internet, which helps in homes with poor mobile reception.
Mobile Alarm
Fall detection raises the alert on its own, and the operator can see where the client is. It works anywhere there is Telstra 4G signal.

What referrers ask
Can the client switch to Family monitoring later?
Yes, in both directions, at any time and with no fees. There is no lock-in contract.
What if the alert was an accident?
The client has 10 seconds to cancel on the Mobile Alarm. If it goes through, operators are trained to check and don't treat it as a fault. There's no charge for false alarms.
Does the operator call the family as well?
Yes. They check the client is safe first, then call the emergency contacts in order.
What information do you need from me?
TO CONFIRM: the client's details, health notes, home access and emergency contacts, as entered on the referral.
Does the Home Alarm need mobile reception?
Not on Professional monitoring. The Hub can call over Home Internet, so it works in homes with poor reception.
