Questions

How does billing work?: Monitoring is a subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. If you rent, the monthly rental is also a subscription, billed with your monitoring.
Can I cancel?: Yes. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees. Contact us to cancel and it ends at the end of your current billing period. We also offer a 60-day money-back guarantee.
